Customers of ecoinvent data v2 have access to this report in the download section "Files" of the online ecoinvent database. The ecoinvent members may login to ecoinvent data v2.1 and click on the link [Files] in the grey bar on top of the window. In the list of available documents you can then find a pdf file (called "16a-errorlist-ecoinvent-v2.1_Version-091027.pdf") documenting the so far discovered errors (and how they have to be corrected).
