Nearly 300 members and guests filled in our online questionnaire in October. We have now analysed the results which confirms us in our chosen strategy. As you can see from the Figure below, the most important features for our stakeholders are "Transparency", "Consistency" and "Validated data", even in front of issues such as completeness and technological and geographical coverage. Our members were in general very satisfied with how well ecoinvent fulfills these expectations. This shall of course not keep us from improving the database even further, and the results from the user survey will help us in prioritising the ongoing work on a version 3 of the ecoinvent database (planned release 2011).

   
Winning lots drawn

Among the members and guests that filled in the questionnaire, we have now drawn lots to identify the winners of the two prices: two ecoinvent licences. The lucky winners are Mr. Arnaud Helias (from SupAgro in Montpellier, FR) and Miss Gudrun Nowicki (from Verpakkingscentrum Xios Hogeschool Limbu in Diepenbeek, BE) – congratulation to both of them.
