ecoinvent Management

The ecoinvent management is responsible for the operational management of the ecoinvent Centre. It is composed of two persons – the executive manager and the deputy manager. While the first one leads the ecoinvent Centre and deals with the topics “strategy implementation” and “business development”, the second one is responsible for the operation of the ecoinvent Centre and coordinates the product development. He acts also as main contact for Sales and Marketing activities.

Currently, the ecoinvent management is composed of the following two persons:

The management is supported from additional PROJECT MANAGERS in the person of Dr. Gregor Wernet (since April 2010) and Dr. Emilia Moreno Ruiz (since September 2010). While Gregor is responsible for the coordination of the various internationalization activities, and the training (including the training materials) with our new tools, Emilia is responsible for the contact to our data suppliers and the editorial board.

Since End 2011, our team has been further enlarged with two Data Analysts - Tereza Levova and Sofia Parada-Tur. Sofia and Tereza work on a variety of projects all having the same objective - collecting data to continually update the ecoinvent database and adapting the existing database (and its datasets) to the new structure and features of ecoinvent v3.
