The website of the ecoinvent centre contains two areas. In the free area you can find general information on ecoinvent, you can get in touch with our staff, read the help file and register as user.

From the free area you can enter the access-restricted area using the Login page. To try out the ecoinvent database, you can first register as a guest. Guests may view information on the datasets contained in the databases, but are not allowed to view inventory data or download any datasets.

Registered members have unlimited access to all datasets of the various databases of ecoinvent. They can view the datasets online and select them for download.

Welcome	This page contains an introduction to the ecoinvent centre and describes its products and services.
News	Read news about ecoinvent and modifications made to the website of the ecoinvent centre. You will also find information on the status of the project and on presentations.
Contacts	A list of all institutes of the ecoinvent centre and the contact persons.
Publications	Literature and articles with background information.
Software	Download software to view / edit the downloaded datasets.
Terms of Use	Read the terms of use for the ecoinvent database.
Registration	To access the database you need to register as a guest or as a member.
How to Use	A systematic description on how to use the ecoinvent database.
FAQ	This page contains answers to frequently asked questions about the ecoinvent database and about the ecoinvent 2000 project.
Login	Login to access the ecoinvent database.
English/Deutsch	Switch to english /german language version.
